I went to a ball....dressed as a vulture!

So you probably don't know this but one of my favourites species of animals is the vulture. They are so beautiful and yet no one likes them....except for people in vulture appreciation group. So yeah. On the left there are two pictures of Egyptian vultures and I just love their faces and then the fluffy feather. Then I designed a couple but stuck with this one.

And then, this is the big bit. I made that dress in 2 weeks while going to uni, and going away at both the weekends. But last week I about 18 hours on this dress and got it done 3 hours before I left to go get ready.

It was a masquerade ball but very few people actually turned up with mask which was disappointing but I got to go as a vulture with 3 amazing people. So my night was epic! We stayed until the place close and then were forced out by the waiters cleaning up the tables. It was great.

Everyone was amazed that I made the dress and the mask but I personally am more amazed that I made it in 2 weeks, while attending lectures, while finishing off one report and writing a 46 page report that is now done.

So yeah I'm not the typical girl. I like vultures. they're pretty.
